Hi
Jean Roc is that not maybe a side effect of the Sextante - Processing
rename?

Thank you very much - Larry!
I have a QGIS course on Thursday (with QGIS master) and now new QGIS
users won't be bothered with the deprecated stuff anymore.

Hi,
Anita - thank you for working on the splash-screen.
@Matthias and @Marco: you can blame me for suggesting the modern
Swisstopo map rather than the Dufour or Siegfriedmap. I personally think
we can be proud of the current Swisstopo map - and as Larry said -
besides the cliff drawing I believe
I am quite happy with using the map we have. In the past we have used an
array of different images so I think this is fine.
IMO we should stick to the design that Anita has done up as it looks really
modern and will good for the product.

Hi,
I really like the new splashscreen submitted by Anita..

Hi Larry,
I would love to know how that is possible. I've not seen a setup that
doesn't exhibit the issue yet. Maybe it slight enough that you just don't

Anyone confirms? Any hope to have this fixed before tomorrow night?

Hi
I am thinking about changing the Processing config dialog a bit (not
now, it will be after 2.0 is released) and making it a bit more
generic, and I think that it would be good to have a unified platform
for settings/options that can be used by all plugins. I believe this
has been mentioned

Hi all.
If I try to edit one of the default models, I (rather obviously) get an error.
The models should either be locked, or a more gracious error should be
displayed.
Thanks.
All the best.

Hi all.
Am I wrong, or several Processing (AKA Sextante) strings are untranslatable?
I think we have completed the Italian translation of that section, but we still
have
Run, Edit model, Delete model, Advanced interface, etc.
All the best.

Hi Richard,
yes, there is a bit of javascript needed to autodetect client language, for
all people coming from internet.
For those coming from QGIS help menu, maybe we could use qgis langage to set
langage url, without having to let web client try to do the laguage
detection?
Anyway, this is not

No, it was just a wrong commit. The situation is solved but it shows
that a transifex option would be a good addition.

Larry,
+1 for working out some visual distinction between QGIS and QGIS Browser.
That said, the proposed canvas-below-icon might be confusing. If I was a
first time user, I'd bet on the canvas icon being the main application to
make maps, versus it being a browser-only supporting application.
Hi,
After many hours of visual testing, monkeying with the code and generally
banging my head against a wall, I've come to the conclusion I can not
commit the partial fix I have for this issue [0] without possibly causing
issues in other types of output: canvas, composer, PDF, etc. Part of this
Has anything changed on C++ plugin installs in the 1.9 dev version?
In the past I copied the plugin into the appropriate (plugins) directory to
install it on the OSGeo versions.
What should I do? I am using MSVC on windows XP .
