[QGIS-Developer] QGIS in top 10 critical C++ opensource projects

2020-12-11 Thread Marco Bernasocchi
Dear community,
what great news to finish the week with,
Google as part of their involvement in the Open-Source Security Foundation
(OpenSSF) has devised the "Criticality Score" as a means of judging crucial
open-source projects [3].

and guess what, QGIS is in the top 10 for the C++ most critical projects,
along with projects like Tensorflow, Ceph, Bitcoin and Electron. In the C
category, you've projects like Git ant the Linux kernel, OpenSSL... [1][2]

What to I say besides wow and thanks a lot to every single community member
involved in this amazing project!

you (and QGIS) rock!

Cheers Marco

Hi

I just checked the roadmap page

Do I interpret this correctly that QGIS is now officially feature

Thanks :-)

Hi

I just checked the roadmap page (

we are approaching the end of days of QGIS in February with the release
3.18.0.
Do I interpret this correctly that QGIS is now officially feature complete
and does not require any more releases?

Thanks :-)
