[Qgis-developer] QGIS 2.16 on Windows 10: GRASS / msys missing

Dear Group, I have just installed QGIS 2.16.0 on Windows 10 and have problems using GRASS analysis tools. It seems that the MinGW and MSYS is not installed. It seems the problem was there before in 2.12:
