[Qgis-developer] About WKT plugins ... :)

2015-11-10 Thread Geo DrinX
Hello All,

I noticed that appeared between QGIS plugins a new one, named
"WKTBulkLoader", that loads .wkt file as QGIS layers.

I am asking: for what reason my plugin "WktExport" was unapproved (for
some reason) and this other (for the same reason) is accepted ?

Is WKT interesting or not, for QGIS ?

Oh, well as we tell here in Italy: "Due pesi e due misure" that means (for
GoogleTranslate "two weights and two measures" )

I miei più cordiali saluti

Roberto

Plugin published. If anyone has suggestions about similar/duplicated
plugins, please help me tracking them, and convince authors to merge
their work.
All the best, and thanks.

Hi,

Just a note on WKT loading: if you load from CSV, you can also include
WKT geometry. Is there really a need for such plugins? What does the
plugin do that the CSV loader can't?

Agreed, I raised this point:

More help from users welcome.
