Hi
I use "Import into PostGIS" in a model to write a road network to PostGIS.
However, the Swedish characters å/ä/ö are replaced with "�" in the
attributes. The encoding in the tool is set to UTF-8. Any suggestions on how
to handle this? Windows 10, QGIS 2.18.4, 64 bit.

Non mi è mai successo in 4 anni che uso QGIS, ma all'improvviso e dopo un
banale aggiornamento (ha migliorato qualcosa a livello di semplice
interfaccia visiva dei menu e dell'ambiente di lavoro) è andato in palla il
sistema di gestione e riproiezione/conversione dei Sistemi

Si cmq il calcolo in realta' e' piu' complesso di come credevo perche' parto
da una serie di 3 punti e non due vettori intersecanti.
Per risolverlo mi e' venuto incontro il grandissimo @massimo Figaroli!
E' necessario collegare i punti da linee, applicare sui punti interessati un
buffer e
