[Qgis-user] change pixel value from no data to zero

Hi to all, I am using qgis 3.16. I have a raster file that I created from shapefile of polygons (rasterize of GDAL) using a column that has the number 9 every where there are the polygons. This raster has 2 different values in the pixel: not data and 9. I need to have 0 (zero) instead of no data.

Actually, for point layers - there's a better workflow. Use the 'Add geometry attributes' tool to add X and Y columns before exporting to Excel. After you change your values, use the Processing Toolbox -> Create Points layer from Table which can read Excel file directly from disk and give you a

Right click -> Export -> Save Features As and select 'MS Office Open XML spreadsheet'. Save it as a '.xlsx' file. Once you are done editing, drag-and-drop it to QGIS and it will be imported as a table. If you want the shapes, you'll have to join the table to the original layer using 'Join

Hi, "Is there a better way to do this?" Yes, try Vector/geoprocessing tools/clip.  Select the US, in the countries files, select "district" as input layer in the clip tool GUI and the country file as the Ovelay layer (use selected features only if you have pre-selected the US). Good luck
