with that plugin but you can use the grass module v.clean or in process
modeler to fix topological errors.

scaricate lo shapefile istat e unzippatelo, verranno fuori 4 cartelle;
usando il geo-algoritmo, impacchettare in 4 gpkg diversi le 4
