You can do either:
* concatenate multiple attributes in one label, even with line breaks
* or load the same layer twice with different label settings
Other than that there is no way to have two different label settings on
the same layer while the layer is only loaded once.

You can combine different attributes in one label using the expression
button, and separating the attributes with the // button
