Hi
I must be blind, but could someone tell me where the buffer tool and the
geoprocessing tools are gone? Nothing under Vector/
I'm working with qgis 2.14.3 (code cf2ebb8) on windows7 pro 64bits
Thanks!

Ah, perfect. Enclosing the query in brackets did the trick.
Thanks Jürgen!

Hi Andrea,
Might something like:
In the 'Select by Expression' dialog:

Hi jukka.
I guess empty geometry is a not null geometry.

Could this be a regression, see this:

Hi Jukka,
yes is exactly this the question.
The QGIS don't show any record with null geometry so is impossible for
me to add a geometry to it. Or delete it definitivelly.
But the record with null geometry is however saved when I export the
shapefile from qgis.
So the QGIS show me 14 records but

Hi Andreas
Even my answer comes late…
Thanks for your reply and propositions.
I tried all 3 possibilities and the attribute(getFeature(…)) solution works
perfectly for my needs.
With “not related” I meant, that the main table and the domain table (list
lookup) only have a relation by

Hi Nicolas,
we faced the very same issue here.
A lot of improvements have been done in qgis server 2.14.2, those queries
are now not reevaluated at each tile, but only on project load.
I didn't dig too much on materialized views

Thanks again Alexandre, but there's a problem with Quickmapservices
plugin (Error message: No module named requests), on QGIS 2.14.3.

There is an issue with deleting records in shape file as there are many ways
to do that. If the record were deleted in another GIS, they may show up (or
not) in
uncated to "...truncated query here..."

Hi All,
I'm trying to load a postigs layer via python which is defined by a very
long sql query. It seems that Qgis is truncating the query (which obviously
causes it to fail). Has anyone come across this before and come up with a
solution? Or am I loading the layer incorrectly?
There is an
Thank you Alexandre, it works without Bing map. Is it due to a bug o to
