I had some problem with processing modeler under Osx, Qgis 2.6. As I wrote
before, some algorithm did not work properly in the modeler. I was not able to
use the join attribute algorythm, because for layer 2 it was unable to chose a
vector layer from the drop down menu.

I have a similar problem with graphical modeller on qgis 2.6. At me it cant
open perviously saved .model files, altough from the processing toolbox I can
open it.
In the modeller the algorythms doesnt work properly. For example I want to use
