On one of my Windows machine all of my shortcuts are broken in QGIS
master. I wonder how I can reset this. Where are the shortcut
assignments stored? Do I have to remove the .qgis2 folder in the Windows
user profile? Or is there another way to restore it?

Thanks for the reply. This key is not existing on my machine. Very
strange ...
I then tried to export the shortcut definition from a different Windows
machine that has them properly set - but the exported XML-File was empty ;-(
