Hi everybody,
I've written a plugin to make affine transformations on vector data. I hope
this plugin is more polished than the other ones.
It can be used to scale, translate and rotate data. It works on both single
features and whole layers.
I hope someone can test it for me and you enjoy it.
Where is it located?

Great job! I've tested it on Trunk and have noticed:
Both plugins:
- lack of required method in __init__.py, so they're
disabled in trunk:
def qgisMinimumVersion():
return '1.0.0'
- unneeded .pyc files in packages - AFAIK they can cause plugin crashes on
Windows systems.

As usual, in the official repository. Use the plugin manager to download it

I'm probably uploading a new version tomorrow that comes with an undo
(inverse affine) option.
Thanks for the help,

sounds like a very useful plugin. For some of my projects I get data in
a local coordinate system and I know the offset and scale values. Your
plugin would help me to transfer the data into the correct national
coordinate system.
I will test and report back.
Thank you!
