I'm pretty sure 3.18 had Batch processing - but I do concur with Nicolas
- check and make sure that works on windows 7.
Right click on that processing tool and see if you have a batch option.

I shall first replace my present QGIS software (ver. 3.18.2, Zurich) with
the new one (ver. 3.24), and then use the procedure for batch processing.
Hope the new version runs on my old Windows 7.

Depending on which version of QGIS you have (3.22, 3.24 - you can
select the "translate" command in the processing toolbox (you'll find
that under gdal -> raster conversion) and either right click the tool
and run as batch process or in 3.24 you can select the batch button from
