Hi Thats strange. Can you look in your filesystem and see if its present in: /usr/lib/qgis/libcoordinatecaptureplugin.so Are you using the Ubuntu packages? If yes and its not there then I suspect its missing in the debian packaging stuff. Juergen can you add it in there if its missing?
