Ok. but probably GRASS in not installed, because i tried to change the
directory in Qgis, but i can't found the grass installation.

it's a known issue. During the installation phase the GRASS path is not
created correctly .
I tested versions 3.8.0 and 3.8.1 on macOS - GRASS
plugin works.

Hello everybody,
in the last ver of QGIS for Mac OSX (3.8.2) there is a problme with grass.
It's seem that is nont installed and an error is displayed when you open
QGIS
*"*GRASS not find in '/Volumes/Macintosh
HD/Applications/QGIS3.8.app/Contents/MacOS' (GISBASE)"
