Yes I can do that, just wondered if there were any settings I could change
before I added another symbol - did look at the blend modes but none seemed to
work. Its ok I can do it that way.

Here is another solution that would work if you are not mapping live data, and
you can use a derived product. Convert your polygon dataset to lines. The,
