Loading a WMS in version 2.1 (64 bit weekly ) gives a totally black screen
when zoomed out. Zooming in reveals that areas with missing information is
all black. Also the legend is all black:

Problem solved.
I could use sextante, but it offers me nothing over GRASS. It still
involves me creating new locations or editing the existing one.
