Hi Juergen,

Removing the listed files did the trick. Thanks a million.

I'm not sure where they came from. I noted that Vectorworks 2019 installs files 
of the same name in its application folder. This makes me wonder if the ones in 
the system32 folder might have been installed by a previous version of 
Vectorworks. This is a complete stab in the dark though.

Nope, you have Qt5 in system32 - that masks the Qt5 that comes with QGIS.  If 
you removed

c:\windows\system32\QT5GUI.DLL
c:\windows\system32\QT5NETWORK.DLL
c:\windows\system32\QT5WIDGETS.DLL
c:\windows\system32\QT5OPENGL.DLL
c:\windows\system32\QT5XML.DLL

QGIS will probably start.  Any idea where that came from?

o script di processing... solo 10% delle applicazioni hanno senso che venga
sviluppate creando un altro plugin (yet another plugin)

fossi in te studierei il modeler d processing o come fare script o provider
per processing... ma senza informazioni su che cosa devi fare e' difficile
consigliarti.

[Qgis-user] [EXT]: QGIS 3.4 doesn't start/Windows 10

Hi,

After installing QGIS 3.4 on Windows 10 the application fails to start. I get 
the following two error messages (see attachments):


  1.  qgis-bin.exe - Entry Point Not Found
  2.  Could not load qgis_app.dll

This issue seems to be specific to one particular PC. There were no problems 
after installing QGIS 3.2 on three other work stations that also run Windows 10.

I have tried removing all previous QGIS installations, user data and registry 
entries but this make no difference. Installing QGIS via the OSGEO4W-installer 
hasn't worked either.

The issue appears to be the same as the one described at 
https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/277456/dll-problem-with-qgis-3-0-64bit-while-32bit-works.

For the content of the qgis-bin.env file please see below.

I would be grateful for any suggestions that might help to solve the problem.
