I can confirm this error in both QGIS 3.4 and the current dev version 3.9. Even in the GRASS GUI itself, trying to v.in.ogr shapefiles from the QGIS sample data fails if it's not told explicitly to override the projection check using the -o flag. Should I open a ticket for this? Regards, Anita
