The plugin is there . and since a few days also for QGIS3 .. so

I am trying to install the plugin EasyCustomLabel on a Linux install of QGIS.
It does not show up on the plugin manager list. It does show up on a windows
install.
Can someone help me figure out how to install it in Linux?
