Hello All, I would like to upload shapefiles through QGIS into my Garmin 62 GPS unit. I did a little research online and it appears that QGIS can only upload files in the gpx format (please correct me if I'm wrong!). Does anyone have any suggestions on alternative ways to accomplish this

Christy - IAFK , You can upload a GPX file directly to a Garmin 62 GPS unit. So your problem is how to convert your shapefile to a GPX file: 1. Right click on your shapefile layer in the Layers dialog. A menu will be shown with several choices. 2. Chose Save As from the right click - menu.
