I have these two repositories active but I can't upgrade from 2.12.1 to

I Have Ubuntu 14.04LTS, and have added both unstable from Ubuntu-GIS
http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntugis/ubuntugis-unstable/ubuntu
and nighly from qgis.org
http://qgis.org/ubuntugis-nightly
There was a problem with the key to the nightly-build, but find the right
for trusty and nightly was

It seems that after updating the keys all I had to do was to clean the
cache as you suggested.
