On a Ubuntu Bionic 18.04 machine was trying to run apt update and the
following was reported back
Err:11 https://qgis.org/ubuntugis-nightly-release bionic InRelease
525 Origin SSL Handshake Error [IP: 2606:4700:30::681b:8adc 443]
Reading package lists... Done
E: Failed to fetch
Just a heads up, seems qgis.org site is down.

Thanks for reporting. We've got the provider working on the machines now
to resolve the issues. I'll post again when it's back up. Hopefully
we'll find the cause of the issue (this is the 2nd time
