[Qgis-user] Setting Projections with 0.9.1

I'm using 0.9.1 and primarily use Geotiffs and gpx files. I always load the geotiff raster layer first and set On the Fly Projection and then load the gpx layer with the gps tool plugin. No matter how I set Settings-Options-Projection when I load the geotiff with Layer-Add Raster Layer... the
