I compiled qgis-dev with grass 7 support (on linux). Compilation was
successful it seems, but when opening QGIS there is not grass toolbox, nor
can I find it in the plugin manager.
Gdal was compiled successfully with grass support, so that does not seem to
be the problem. I can actually open
I created a raster layer, using a screenshot from
http://geoportal.bayern.de/bayernatlas?base=910 converted using MS Powerpoint
to a PNG and TIF-(raster)image.
After creating the raster layer from image file (EPSG 31468) I am not able to
display it. Using zoom to layer there is nothing to see.

I'm happy to report the bug. I get a lot of mileage out of qgis and it makes
me feel good to give at least a little bit back.
