Hi, I downloaded FAA charts https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_info/aeronav/digital_products/ifr/ When I am adding as Raster layer the background comes black (must be transparent)
Now when I am trying using Raster->Extraction->Clipper on the end I am getting an error: ERROR 1: The -projwin option was used, but the geotransform is rotated. This configuration is not supported. What's wrong with those files? Thanks, David
