Matthias;
I forgot to change it back to the drag and drop ui before screen capturing
the picture, after changing it back to the dnd the size is normal and I
cannot recreate the issue. So either it corrected itself or I was using a
ui from a file when I thought I was using dnd.
Likely I didn't realize I was still in the ui file.

How did you get the drag and drop designer to add the Apply, Reset etc.
buttons?

I think you can see how the relationship interface is "squashed" here, the
picture is kind of small, but the "fk_wo_id" field name is cut off at the
bottom, the drop down is also very narrow. This was done in the dnd and not
the designer.

Matthias;
Thanks for the info, that is disappointing but at least I know I can stop
looking. When I use the drag and drop for some reason when I drop a
relationship into the dnd I get a squashed ui for it. Not sure why that is
happening, or how to fix it.
Have you or anyone else experienced that issue?

Tyler,

Nope, the two are incompatible. If possible, stick to dnd. There are
things (search forms, multi edit...) that are incompatible with ui.

[Qgis-user] Export form UI

2016-09-19 Thread Tyler Veinot
All;
Is there a way to export a form created in the "drag and drop" form editor
in QGIS to a ui file for editing?
I got something nearly working I have been working on for a while and I
would like to edit it in the Designer.
