I've never used a none-text UI on Linux. I'm afraid of the tedious decision which desktop manager to use. So for now, I'm just on the shell on Linux and using Windows as an GUI (for the last 10 years, hehe). So would it be possible to switch the buttons to not confuse us Windows users? ___ Qgis-user mailing list Qgis-user@lists.osgeo.org List info: https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user Unsubscribe: https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user

You are talking about the Windows standard being OK, Cancel The Linux / macOS convention is Cancel, OK On 14/04/18 08:59, Tobias Wendorff wrote: Hi there, on the one hand "ok" button is on the left side, "cancel" button is on the right side (in all message boxes and most of the dialog), on the other hand "close" is on the left, "add" is on the right (at least in the browser). I don't know of any application where the "positive" answer isn't on the left side (at least for LTR written languages). Is there an easy way to change this behaviour or is it a GUI bug?
