Hi,
I am working on creating a National WFS dataset, utilising QGIS, PostGIS
and Geoserver.
The problem occurs when you zoom in and pan around a bit, due to the
size of the dataset, some data fails to render.
If I connect directly to the PostGIS database, this is not a problem, it
only occurs on the WFS. I have advanced styling applied which filters
features and applying zoom levels also.
In inserting the WFS I have also selected "Only select features
overlapping the current view extent"
Database details:
4 No. Tables
2 Tables containing 1,423,900 Linestring features
2 Tables containing 4,417,900 Point features
I have also done some preliminary filtering of the tables using Views.
The issue is not the Database, its very efficient.
