Can anyone give me a hint as to how to force qgis to render an image
North up? I have an image of Minnesota laying on it's side (rotated
1/4 turn clockwise), but since the North arrow is also point right
(rotated 1/4 turn clockwise), I think the projection if fine.
Version 0.8 svn from a couple of days ago
