Has anyone noticed that the WM vector WM.SWLIT does not always set the paper
and ink correctly? This is because if you set "selected" in D2, ie $80, the PE
software inconveniently thinks that paper and ink are not to be set even though
it has gone to all the trouble of finding exactly what paper
