Yes, I know OSUSQ, a SuperBASIC sudoku made by Afx last year:

The options (in left menu):
F1 Help (in spanish only, translation are welcome)
F2 Generate

I wrote a generate a while back in response to a challenge laid down in
QL Toady magazine. It doesn't solve the puzzles it generates though.
It is written in SuperBasic only and
