Hi Rich, just noticed your message - I've got about 9 or 10 QL Power
supplies I think at home.

Has anyone else tried 68k/os and got this result? Any idea what to do about

Far from helpful reply alert:
No, no and no. I have the software, I haven't tried it yet, no time. :-(
Cheers,

Hi Wolfgang,
Just now my QPC crashed in a spectacular way while working on my SQRview

It was still howling for a few seconds after removal by Task Manager.
This gave me the opportunity to give the latest SMSQ/m a quick try.

SMSQmulator doesn’t seem to change sv_caps at all.
Means standard QL caps lock indicators don’t work on those systems.

Hi Bob,
Thanks for that info.
This seems to indicate that the slowness on your machine was more to do
with the screen updates than with the emulation code itself.
A quick test with SuQcess and BMP made it feel as fast as QPC2 on my old

Thought that might be the case, thanks.

Prefer Big Quantum Leap myself, although that's a contradiction in terms.

Hi Tobias,
You are right, that is the way that works in quite a few environments but
apparently not everywhere so it is not entirely reliable.

it's quite some time when I was working as a Java developer, but how about
Toolkit.getDefaultToolkit().getLockingKeyState(KeyEvent.VK_CAPS_LOCK);
??
Won't work on all linuxes.

Yes, Wolfgang, have read that tonight. A shame.

work there but not here
I'll see what I can do and mention it in the manual.
