Normally on web sites I think that most people see changing 'banners'
to be simply that, a kind of add or banner.
The overall site looks very clean now but I would personally recommend
changing this to be a clear and static set of links,
Further to my recent emails to the group I have done some experimenting
with Quanta.
If you are having problems paying online using Internet Explorer, then you
should check your security level. If your system is blocking a Paypal
cookie then you will get the error message.
