Hope this helps, my attempts to reproduce the problems François wrote about:
1) Full Scrren Mode (selected or not) doesn't work. On Startup, a warning
window pops up telling that 'QPC QL emulator doesn't work anymore'.
Just tried that, agreed. In fact if you happen to switch to another program
before closing the popup error message, you can't get back to close the
message popup and have to use Task Manager to force remove the popup before
QPC2 can close.
2) Always on top (selected or not) is always active.
Unable to reproduce this one.
3) Pointercan be moved but left and right mouse button don't work. Moving
the Windows window or maximising after minimising that window reactivate
these buttons.
I have experienced this, but each time I was writing code and assumed it was
my code which had caused a crash. Symptons same as described - pointer can
be moved, but mouse buttons don't work. Does not always happen immediately
at startup, sometimes totally out of the blue. Sometimes, pressing certain
keys or moving the window about did restore mouse buttons but I always
restarted QPC2 afterward in case it was about to crash.
Problem number 3 is sporadic.. difficult to reproduce.
Now I know others have experienced it I'll try to make a note of what I was
doing before it happened to try to help Marcel pin it down.
4) this version is slower than the previous.
I use Windows 7 64 bits.
Can't comment on speed, but I also use Win7 64 bits (Home Premium, Service
Pack 1).
Dilwyn.
