Hi Petri, I have an Amazon Prime account, so have borrowed the ebook from the lending library in Amazon. I think the Contents list or Index could of been entered as bookmarks in the Kindle ebook. But we can not have everything. But since the ebook is protected by DRM, this can not be done,
