Hi, But then my next question is : why is 'nfa' OK  and  'dos' is not OK? Because SMSQmulator does not have a DOS device, unless you explicitly set the NFA device's usage name to "DOS", either using the "nfa_use" command, or through the "Config" menu. Wolfgang
