Having tried to download the Euro converter twice, I have got stuck at
the Yahoo Login stage. Any Ideas?

Happy New Year to all,

Andrea Carpi just released a new version of Euro converter, a useful
 tool to
convert Euro from/to the former european currencies. The new revision
 is now
GD2 compatible (Q40/Q60 volunteers are welcome as it was tested on
 QPC2
only) and now includes the Slovenian tolar as Slovenia is going to
 use Euro
 on 1.1.2007.

 Download from

 http://it.groups.yahoo.com/group/sinclair-italy/files/

(file area of the italian QL mailing list)

The SBasic program, written by Andrea with Easymenu and QLiberated, is
 freeware.

 Best regards

 Davide Andrea

The CAP is the postcode at least that was what I worked out and it has
been accepted and Yahoo need this and will not register without.

That sentence is contradictory so not sure what you are saying!
Mine was accepted without and I am registered with a .de email address.
Just enter anything - they can't be fussy if they accepted my Ecuador
(8-)#
47169 should do.

 ... and it worked.

... but how about moving it to a public area folks (8-)#

 Tony
Andrea Carpi's original site www.beginnersclub.org is coming up as
being for sale now.

If Davide or Andrea would email me a copy, I can of course put it onto
my website.

Regarding spam blockers etc, the QL Rogues Gallery on my TopCities
website is now being blocked if you find it with Google. I don't know
which part of the page is causing this, as far as I know there's
nothing other than simple HTML there, although it might be the total
size of the pictures, or simply the page title.

I do know of one prominent ex-QLer who works in finance and _almost_
found himself
blacklisted for appearing on a page with Rogues Gallery in the text
(I didn't believe him at first until he showed me how to check!). What
seemed to have happened was that an international client of his had
found his name on my Rogues Gallery and took the page title literally.

I have a horrible feeling I may have to consign that page title to
history at this rate. If anyone can let me know which part of that
page is causing Google to block it, I'll change or remove it.

Have you tried emailing appealsATstopbadwareDOTorg as it seems to be
linked to their website analysis. I checked the links on your page - non
of them appear to be blocked by google, so no idea really.

You could also try using google sitemaps to find out more information on
your site - https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps - this includes
tools such as the ability to request readmission to the search engine.

Actually it seems worse than this - any page which is hosted on
topcities.com is blocked by Google - supposedly linked to the site:
http://www.topcities.com/windale/ (do not use that link - no idea what it
does, but it is in the stopbadware index)
