I don't find this off-topic at all. The logic seems to include a new 68000 CPU core, which is relevant for QL hardware. The core seems to be a cycle-accurate 68000 CPU, which could allow to implement a GoldCard on FPGA without repeating the difficult software timing adjustments for QL network and Microdrives. The 68000 CPU core used inside the Q68 is not cycle-accurate. For speed reasons this can be nice, like the single-cycle multiplier.
