I don't know if this helps - Qubide format was originally developed by Phil Borman from the Rebel hard disk system, though I don't know if it's documented. Try the Qubide sources on the QL ROMs page on my website (a file called qubide-gpl.zip). There's a large number of files in it, so I don't know if there's any format documentation in there. All I can tell you is that Syquest/Qubide cartridges most probably ain't QXL.WIN -- Dilwyn Jones
