The original HPDUMP could only do QL-sized screens, and in 4 or 8
colour modes only of course.

Simon did tweak it at some point to handle other resolutions, but
whether this mod ever got into an 'official' DIY toolkit version I
don't know.

There are some HPDJ graphics printing programs around, Image Processor
and Graphics Viewer (by me) and Page Designer 3 (by Barry Ansell)
spring to mind, no doubt there's more.

The routines I wrote for Image Processor and Graphics Viewer were in
compiled basic, I can probably find the sources for these dumps and
send them to you if you'd like to try to update them.
