[ql-users] Greek Rom

2005-08-24 Thread Tony Firshman
I have a Greek customer who's Gold Card does not work with his Greek
ROM.

ROM not recognised

It works fine with JS. Is he right - did Miracle Systems (Mike
Tomlinson) not cater for the Greek ROM?

I know that he had to read in the ROM, and patch it before GC (and SGC)
could use it.

[ql-users] Lost messages [was Turbo]

2005-08-24 Thread P Witte
I never saw the message jms1 was answering with his message below. In fact
this is the first message Ive seen since 18/08 from Duncan Neithercut. Is
this a symptom of a general problem or just local to me?

I have had them, so not a general problem.

Duncan Neithercut's last email here _was_ 18/08 ... but how does he come
into the picture?

2005-08-24 Thread Fabrizio Diversi
I think that there is no problems, I sent the original message directly,
and only, to jms1 and he replayed to the list.
BTW I am here now and I am wondering why Marcel is taking so long to release
QPC 3.31, maybe he is having one of his magic moment and he is
implementing fantastic new features in SMSQ/E : writing to buried windows,
long file name, ..-)-)

Believe in miracles cost nothing.

Ciao

[ql-users] QPC2 v3.31

2005-08-24 Thread Marcel Kilgus
New QPC2 version is out now. Apart perhaps from the small fix in the
emulation it's nothing to write home about, though:

3.31 Some cosmetic fixes in the dialogs.
The browse directory dialog in the DOS device preferences now defaults
to the current setting.
Fixed recently introduced bug in ABCD command.

It's available as usual from http://www.kilgus.net/qpc/

Sorry to disappoint you, but the delay is actually more related to my
laziness and a new build system which has never been used to do a
release before. ;-)
