Hi Wolfgang
Just tried SMSQmulator on my Windows XP system. Works fine. Ran my normal
QDT setup, a little slower than my QPC2 setup. But worked first time, no
problems. Great work.

Hi
The simple answer is yes. I have been running the full version of QDT with
no problem. Just a little slow but usable, at least on my system.
Such a shame that QDT will most likely never be finished. I understand the
reasons why, but still a shame.

Hi
I have done some simple speed tests between QPC2 and SMSQmulator.
The system I am running on is a WINdoes XP with service pack 3. On as

background, that is my firewall and anti virus program.

I have done another test, prompted by the comments regarding re-writing to

New one on me, but that is not difficult.
Just downloaded it, very interesting. Also very small download at 2.44MB.
Must admit I have always kept away from machine code. But this looks like a

Sounds interesting, I would be interested in a write up and schematic.
Could be a good basis for QL based controller/computer. Sort of like
Raspberry Pi but without the Linux.. Just build what you need for a given
application.
As you say nifty.

Sad though this is, I have to say it seems me inevitable this was going to
happen sooner or later. The constant increase in postal rates is self
defeating, the more they go up, the less poeple send. Look at Christmas
cards, card pennies, post 40p, just out of step. I bet we have all cut back

I do use full screen most of the time. Mostly on my note pad, since it does

Interesting.
There has been a lot of talk about running a QL emulator on the Raspberry
Pi.
Has anybody managed it? If so, how do you do it. A step by step set of
instructions would be good. For those of us that are not that experienced
with Linux.

Hi,
do not unzip the jar file itself.
Just Double-click on the jar file.
That should do it.
Else, from a command line, type "java -jar
