Obviously due to the number of people running it, Vmailmgr does compile.
Just not on my system. What piece of the puzzle am I missing?
RedHat 7.0 system updated to most recient patches/updates
gcc --version shows 2.96

Try asking on the vmailmgr mailing list, as it's not actually part of qmail.
