urgnt help : smtp routes not working

hello friends i am trying to run 2 instances of qmail on same mechine one /var/qmail(qmail-smtpd listning on port 25), now for this qmail i have created /var/qmail/control/smtproutes hotmail.com:host.domain.com:26 yahoo.com:host.domain.com:26 and the other /var/qmail2/
