We've managed to figure out that this is related to sendmail .forward files on the remote servers - there's something about the way sendmail does the headers when using .forward that qmail / ezmlm doesn't like. We've worked around it by sending LogWatch reports directly to our mail list

Solved: ezmlm was set to only accept mail if the mail list address is in the to field, but with the .forward files from sendmail on the remote server, the mail list address wasn't actually the to address, so we modified ezmlm to not require that and it's all good :-) Cheers, ~p
