[qmailadmin] Qmailadmin: check if password is strong enough

Hi Team, I need a little help on the restriction on the implementation and change password qmailadmin-1.2.16-0.el6.x86_64. I tried this patch ( http://mugurel.sumanariu.ro/qmail/qmailadmin-check-if-password-is-strong-enough/) no problems during the build and installation but then does not work
