Password not changing at all

Hello, I've qmail, qmailadmin0.38 and in all my accounts I cant change the password not by qmailadmin and not by /home/vpopmail/bin/vpasswd command. No error is displayed and the commands seem to work properly but they dont.. Any ideas??? Thanks
