This is what I supposed.
I submit emails from private IP (192.168.x.x) the server has two
interfaces: a private IP (192.168.x.x) and a public IP (37.205.xx.xx)
The problem is on both interfaces.

I did not change anything (I'm pretty sure) but in the last month the
connection has gone worse and worse.

I think I'll write a brand new DNS config. But may be I have some
problem in the firewall config.

In that case also check your routing tables. I've seen misconfigurations where every other packet got sent to the wrong interface.
