[qmailadmin] Where to find errors?

I recently upgraded to 1.0.28 and now I'm not able to add users. I just see the following error on the next screen. Email Account email address (first last) could not be added Where is there an error log to see what is failing? Thanks, -Steve

[qmailadmin] Monitor bandwidth per domain in qmailadmin.

Does qmailadmin have any way of setting the maximum bandwidth used on a per domain basis (daily or monthly)? Is that even a possible? The only thing I'm seeing in the logs (/var/log/qmail/qmail-smtpd/current) is pretty cyptic to see even what domain is getting all of the email for. Or is this
